The wine was then aged in barrel for 15 months before bottling in 2017, and remained in barrel for a further 26 months until its release in 2021.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAmber in colour, aromatically complex, with deep texture — this is a rosé that ages exceptionally well.
