Hunter Glenn Estate, a small property in the heart of Napa Valley in the historic town of St. Helena. With a small barn and 5 acres of grapes.
A Brother & Sister duo, born and raised in the Napa Valley where grape growing and winemaking has been an important part of their lives. He’s the tractor driver, she’s the pencil pusher. Focusing on the Shifflett Ranch & Hunter Glenn Estate Vineyards to make some of the greatest wines in Napa Valley.
This vineyard, with it’s rolling hills, sits along the curve of the Russian River before it meets it’s fate with the Pacific Ocean. The coastal influence makes for a perfect Chardonnay; the enveloping morning fog preserves crucial acidity and the warm afternoons provide a perfect environment for phenolic ripening. The Starscape Vineyard is a wonderful source for our Chardonnay and we feel very lucky to share grapes with some of the best winemakers in California.
