Originating in the Loire, Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre is a traditional expression whilst New Zealand has become a force onto itself, with many consumers now expecting grapefruit, tart, green apple and cats pee anytime they see Sauvignon Blanc on a wine list or in the store. But there is so much more to the Sauvignon Blanc story.

Bordeaux, South Africa and California are all producing exciting styles of Sauvignon Blanc.  The varietal lends itself to experimentation, from steel to oak, skin contact to foot treading, Sauvignon Blanc, like a shapeshifter, can take on many forms.
