Description
Sourced from some of the last acreage of Chenin Blanc in the Napa Valley. Hand picked, whole cluster
pressed and then racked to naturally ferment in unlined hand made Tuscan clay amphora.
Fermentation at 55f lingered gently over the ensuing 3 months with near daily stirring, then racked clean to bottle in January 2022.
