From a vineyard planted between 1890 and 1920, this is one of the most extraordinary sites in Napa. The vines — a mix of white grape varieties — resemble small trees, gnarled and ancient, un-trellised and dry farmed on 100% organic land. It is almost hard to believe a vineyard like this still exists.

The Proof is exactly that: proof that Napa’s history runs deeper than Cabernet, and that the land has stories to tell that predate the modern wine industry. This wine speaks of a place in such a way that you can feel the dirt between your toes. You simply have to taste it.
