Ossum Epiphanea 2021
Lambrusco-like in colour, the Epiphanea opens with bright red fruit aromas and a hint of sun-baked pebbles. Light-bodied but deceptively complex on the palate, it offers soft fruit tannins married with savoury notes of dried herbs and faint salinity. The mid-palate brings cassis and cola, while the finish fades slowly, leaving behind delightful candied cranberry and dried cherry.
