A Bordeaux blend done in a style that emphasises freshness, transparency, and the vibrancy that makes Santa Cruz Mountains wines so appealing. The nose opens on aromas of Santa Rosa plums, dark cherries, and graphite, swelling to a bouquet of lilac, black tea, mint, and balsam fir. Elegantly layered and well-balanced with fine tannins, the wine is graceful and svelte — a beautiful expression of purity and length.

Sweet dark cherry, mocha, spice, leather, and sage all open up with a little time. A mid-weight Bordeaux blend with a long future ahead of it.
