Syncline Picpoul Boushey Vineyard 2022

Bright lemon verbena aromas and flavours are backed by saline and wet stone notes. Bone dry and intensely fresh, this is a wine that sings with shellfish — oysters, clams, prawns, anything from the sea. The overall acid structure and enticing aromatics make it a genuine standout.

All fruit was whole-cluster pressed and settled overnight before transfer to a French Nomblot concrete wine tank. Native fermentation took place in concrete, with élevage in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s vivid freshness.
