Description
The fruit was picked and then destemmed at the winery. Juice remained on skins for 72 hours before pressing. Primary fermentation and malolactic conversion occurred spontaneously in 100% neutral French oak barrels. The wine rested on the
lees for ten months to build texture and flavor.
