The highest elevation of the vineyard, at the farthest eastern and western edges, produces tones and textures rarely seen in Pinot Noir.  Tropical notes weave their way through lithe texture ad mouth-watering acidity, creating a wine defying traditional notions of what the grape variety can and should be.
