Description
A exotic and expressive red blend of Old Vine Carignan 50%, Grenache 30% and Syrah 20%. The wines are foot stomped and whole cluster fermented with 30 ppm of sulfites added. These wines are are part of the Blue Series where the fruits, color and aromas bring one into a lively field of blueberry and blackberry with hints of exotic spice. Exceptionally interesting in its youth these wines too will evolve into complex integrated expressions of varietals that complement each other perfectly in the bottle. 120 cases produced
