Not your typical Nebbiolo from Italy. A pure expression of California Nebbiolo from Clarksburg with light damson, tea, prune and fig. There is nothing extracted about the wine just a purity of acidity and fruit that are balanced. The wine is a testament to hands off wine making without being barn yard. The color is light as is the alcohol.
Pairs well with light tomato and meat pasta, charcuterie, salads with nuts, cheese and cream.
