Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley that is aromatic, pure, and elegant. Overtones of dusted summer blackberries and inviting creme de cassis are fine-tuned in French Oak creating perfect balance, silky tannins and elevated red fruit tones.

Description
Hand picked at night and then cold soaked while awaiting the fermentation followed by gentle hand punch downs. The juice was pressed directly to seasoned French oak barrels for native malolactic fermentation. These very traditional methods employed help capture sense of place and time.
