Description
Bright lemon verbena aromas and flavors are backed by saline and wet stone notes. Bone dry and intensely fresh, this wine is perfect for pairing with shellfish. The overall acid structure and enticing aromas make this a standout wine.
All of the fruit was whole cluster pressed and settled overnight before transfer to a French Nomblot concrete wine tank. Native fermentation was in a concrete with elevage in a stainless tank.
