Oakville is one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated appellations, and Detert’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a benchmark expression of its classic, elegant character. The 2018 vintage is a wine of exceptional refinement — one that demands another glass.

Very floral on the nose, with beautiful violet, rose petal, fresh black currant, light roasted coffee bean, and black liquorice. Bright and refined on the palate, with a delicious cherry fruit character and tiers of floral, spice, and mineral notes. Classic, elegant structure, refined tannin, and a refreshing juiciness that carries through to a very long finish.

Harvested 4th and 11th October 2018. Bottled May 2020.
