Dunites Syrah "Sans Soufre" 2020

Nothing added, nothing taken away. The Dunites Syrah Sans Soufre is a wine of pure expression — inspired by the great producers of Cornas, but with a decidedly SLO Coast personality all its own. This is the second vintage of this no-sulphur Syrah, and it delivers exactly what it promises: the grape and its site, humbly and deliciously.

Vibrant, crunchy, and juicy, with a coastal freshness that runs through every sip. Partial whole cluster fermentation by native yeasts, neutral French oak élevage, bottled without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphites at any stage of production.
