Sourced from the 18-acre Henry David Vineyard in Sonoma County’s Bennett Valley appellation, this small planting of Aligoté less than one acre, is known to be perhaps only the third after Josh Jensen’s Mt. Harlan Vineyard. The natural world of the Midwest viewed from high above was a special privilege shared with Joseph by his pilot father. The Aviator honors the technical discipline and focus required to enjoy inspiring beauty as it unfolds on a grass runway and takes you to reaches far beyond.
