The cooling San Pablo Bay breeze and an extended ripening period gives The Pact has signature silkiness, blue and black fruit flavor profiles, minerality, and pronounced acidity. Black cherry and blackcurrant generously welcome the nose and reward the palate with a plush texture and fresh acidity. Followed by dark fruit and graphite, along with tobacco and dark cocoa flavors.
